American Idol finalist Michael Johns, at the 8th Annual In-Style Summer Soiree on Thursday evening, told foxnews that, "Kris Allen was definitely the rightful winner." And he added that he thinks that both Allen and runner-up Adam Lambert will have good careers."
Johns, a good friend of former American Idol judge Paula Abdul, also said that he thinks that her return to the show remains a possibility.
"She will be there, you watch," Johns told Foxnews at the 8th Annual In-Style Summer Soiree on Thursday evening. "We've been talking and texting a bunch. She was just upset that they didn't give her what she deserved. She wasn't asking for the same money as Ryan Seacrest. She wanted almost half that -- $20 million over three years. I love her, and she has a bunch of opportunities coming her way."
